炉端金承傳日本爐端燒的傳統特色,選用由日本及海外新鮮直送的優質食材,讓客人可即場點選喜歡的食材,再由資深廚師在開放式的燒爐親自燒製,燒香的美食以木槳即時遞送至客人面前,新鮮味美,極具視聽味覺享受。

 

晚市及假日午市供應日式放題,包括任食刺身、壽司、天婦羅、串燒、手卷、軍艦等,晚市放題更可享清酒任飲。

 

Robata KIM incorporates the traditional cooking style of Robatayaki.  Various fresh ingredients are meticulously selected and imported from Japan and overseas for guests to choose with.  All freshly made in front of guests by our senior chefs at live cooking station like a culinary performance for guests’ enjoyment.

 

All-You-Can-Eat Buffet during Dinner Session and Lunch Session on holiday:Sashimi, Sushi, Tempura, Japanese Grill, Sushi Hand Roll, Gunkan, etc. All-You-Can-Drink Sake available during Dinner Session.
