源自日本宮城縣的爐端燒歷史悠久,由廚師在偌大方長的燒爐上燒製新鮮美食,燒煮熟後,便放上長長的木槳上,遞給爐前的客人。然而,這種以木槳傳送食物的方式是源於一個日皇出巡的典故,日皇路經宮城縣仙台市途中,到爐端燒店用膳,由於平民不敢正視日皇,以木槳為日皇送上燒製好的美食,後來,便成了爐端燒的一大傳統特色。

 

炉端金承傳日本爐端燒的傳統特色,選用由日本及海外新鮮直送的優質食材,讓客人可即場點選喜歡的食材,再由資深廚師在開放式的燒爐親自燒製,燒香的美食以木槳即時遞送至客人面前,新鮮味美,極具視聽味覺享受。

 

 

Centuries old, robatayaki originated in Miyagi of Japan, is the traditional Japanese barbecue cooked in front of guests.  Chefs at rectangle deck surrounded by fresh ingredients on display, roast the selected food and put it on a wooden paddle to serve the guests after cooked.  This practice was originated from an allusion of a tour of inspection by a Japanese emperor who visited Sendai and dined at a robatayaki restaurant.  As civilians did not dare to face the emperor squarely, they deliver the roasted food through a wooden paddle and that became a characteristic of Robatayaki.

 

Robata KIM incorporates the traditional cooking style of Robatayaki.  Various fresh ingredients are meticulously selected and imported from Japan and overseas for guests to choose with.  All freshly made in front of guests by our senior chefs at live cooking station like a culinary performance for guests’ enjoyment.
